- Beratung unserer Kunden bei technischen Fragen
- Erläuterung unseres Leistungs- und Produktportfolios im Rahmen aktiver Telefonverkäufe sowie Umsetzung von Potenzialanalysen (Cross-Selling)
- Angebots- und Auftragserstellung sowie Angebotsverfolgung
- Bearbeitung von Retouren
- Erstellung und Auswertung von Umsatz- und Ertragsanalysen
- Unterstützung des Team- und Abteilungsleiters (m/w/d) bei administrativen Tätigkeiten (Jahresabschlüsse, Bonusvereinbarungen, Kreditlimits, Auswertungen etc.)
- Teilnahme an Messeauftritten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund
- Erfahrung im Bereich Fahrzeugteile wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Anwendungen und SAP R/3
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Freude am Verkauf und an der Arbeit mit Kunden
- Organisationstalent und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
