- Operative und strategische Beschaffung sowie Materialdisposition
- Steuerung von Lieferanten für termingerechte Lieferungen
- Erstellung von Bestellungen, Lieferplänen und Terminüberwachung
- Rechnungsprüfung und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Erstellung von Prognosen zur Optimierung von Durchlaufzeiten
- Interne und externe Abstimmung (z. B. zu Lieferscheinen)
- Mitarbeit an Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein kaufmännisches Studium
- Fundierte Praxis im Einkauf (gerne operativ oder strategisch) und idealerweise in der Disposition
- Spaß daran, bei Lieferengpässen kreativ alternative Beschaffungswege zu finden
- Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und MS-Office
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zahlenaffinität, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
