- Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Führungskräften, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern (m/w7d)
- Projektmanagement bei Geschäftsfelder-Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung
- Organisation und Koordination des jährlichen Zielprozesses abteilungsübergreifend
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Protokollen
- Koordination von Meetings und Events
- Aktive und eigenständige Organisation von Terminen, Korrespondenzen und Geschäftsreisen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung beispielsweise als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)
- Wahlweise erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschaftlichen Bereich, beispielsweise Betriebswirtschaftslehre
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personal / Executive Assistance Umfeld
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikative und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
