As the number one service partner, customer relationship management is the top priority for Motorservice. Accordingly, we are proud of reaching 2 place at this year's awarding of the acquisa CRM Best Practice Award 2014.
This award honours CRM projects which have been particularly successful in practice. This year, a jury voted our "xRM system" number 2 out of all entries.
Our xRM system, introduced in 2013, controls a variety of processes and marketing activities revolving around the relationship management to our partners. It has already been successfully implemented in our German and Spanish companies and is currently being introduced within the entire international Motorservice group.
