气门导管

气门导管的任务是承受在气门杆上作用的侧向力。

气门导管将气门定心在气门座圈并将一部分热量从气门顶部通过气门杆导向缸盖。

由于这一极端承载,对于气门导管而言,材料及其特性是产品质量的决定性因素。

材料

气门导管由具有良好滑动和导热特性的材料制成。 灰口铸铁和带选用合金成分的黄铜材料已经得到验证。

G1

带珠光体组织的灰口铸铁。 这一材料的特点是良好的耐磨性,适用于承受正常应力的导管。

G2

带珠光体组织和磷含量较高的灰口铸铁。 磷的网状结构增加耐磨性和更好的自润滑性能。 用于中型应力发动机内。

G3

带珠光体组织和磷含量较高以及铬含量较高的灰口铸铁。 用于高增压发动机内。

B1

铜镍铝合金。 这一材料的特点是高滑动性能的同时具有良好的耐磨性。 导管适用于具有正常和中等应力的发动机内。

安装

技术背景

气门导管在缸盖内通过压配合固定在其位置内。 气门导管在压入缸盖壳孔时径向收缩。 壳孔相应扩大。 这种变形的程度一方面取决于壳孔直径和导管外径,另一方面是这两个部件的刚性。 壳壁刚性内区别很大时,径向变形沿着其长度区别非常大。

安装

安装和拆卸气门导管时注意缸盖加热是否正确(发动机制造商说明!)。 安装和拆卸时使用安装棒。 此外,冷却气门导管非常减轻安装工作。

安装后

将气门安装入气门导管前测量气门导管孔是否仍是圆柱形,也就是说在所有位置上均有所需直径。 梅施建议用铰刀在直径方向上扩孔并修正形状。
