Information on the product

The installed fuel delivery module has three connections, but the spare part only has two. Why is the connection for the suction jet pump missing? You can find the answers in this article.

  • The installed fuel delivery module has three connections, but the spare part only has two.

The originally installed fuel delivery module has an additional hose with an external suction jet pump (see fig. 2, left). Due to technical further development this external suction jet ,pump is no longer needed in the Pierburg fuel delivery module 7.02550.32.0. The respective hose junction in the fuel delivery module is supplied with a blind-mate connector (see fig. 1), which can be seen when looking into the fuel delivery module from above. When removing the old fuel delivery module, the hose with the suction jet pump must also be removed from the fuel tank.
